Statistics behind health care reform, health information technology and health insurance exchanges are important but they can't tell a story. But you can. As a grantee of the Colorado Health Foundation, you know about the individuals whose lives are impacted by the work you do. It's important that you share their stories to educate, inspire and engage others because, together, we can make Colorado the healthiest state in the nation.

Getting started is as easy as 1 - 2 - 3. First, view examples of stories. Second, participate in the training. Finally, submit your story. Aside from helping us spread the word about your good work, there are general operating grant awards for the grantees whose work is selected for publishing.
