Each Fransen Pittman project is assigned to a specially selected management team of professional builders that we feel are uniquely qualified for that job. This management team consists of a project manager, a field superintendent, an estimator, a project engineer and a project coordinator. The project staff is then augmented with other Fransen Pittman personnel as the project size and complexity requires. Every Fransen Pittman management team is highly skilled in collaborating together using their expertise and talents to create a customized management plan that ensures success for their project. Every team's mission is to build a strong relationship and teamwork atmosphere with the project owner and design team. We are extremely proud of the fact that our teams consistently maintain those relationships not only during the construction phase, but also well beyond the project completion.

Our estimators, project managers and superintendents develop a management system for each project well before a project transitions to construction. This management system maximizes workflow efficiency and establishes cost and schedule control for the project duration. Once into construction, we use integrated project management, scheduling and accounting software designed for proactive cost containment. In the field, superintendents create a cooperative team environment with clear direction for specialty contractor involvement and deadlines. The result for our clients is on time, on budget completion.
